• Must be 18 or older

• High School Diploma or GED

• Comfortable using various software programs (i.e. Office 365) and be able to learn new software programs as duties require.

• Reliable transportation

• Ability to work within a variety of settings and with diverse populations

Monday: 2:30 pm – 7:30 pm

Tuesday: 2:30 pm- 7:30 pm

Friday: 3:30 pm – 7:30 pm

Saturday: 11:00 pm – 5:00 pm

Job Summary

| • Maintain a safe, secure, and clean environment.
• Work closely with the Operations Manager and Program Coordinator to foster an organizational culture that attracts and motivates staff and volunteers.
• Maintain front desk by greeting guests and engaging them in center activities.
• Connect participants to appropriate recovery coach.
• Answering phones and routing calls to the correct person or taking messages as needed.
• Conduct participant check in and data collection of guest attendance as needed.
• Engage participants in a friendly supportive environment and encourage participation in activities.
• Maintain coffee station including preparation of coffee, filling with adequate supplies, and cleaning.
• Collaborate with other staff members on projects to attain established goals.
• Ensure technical equipment and rooms are set up for meetings (i.e. Zoom or Facebook Live) in a timely manner.
• Clerical duties for office and meetings as assigned.
• Provide general administrative support. • Maintains participant confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
• Monitor adherence to office policies and procedures and report issues as needed.
• Fill in for Telephone Recovery Support when needed.
• Advocate for the organization by presenting and adhering to current and new policies and protocols.
• Take inventory of stock and notify Program Coordinator of needed supplies.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Experience with the addiction recovery process.

• Capability of engaging people where they are.

• Strong customer service ethic essential.

• Ability to work independently to complete tasks.

• Understanding of and ability to maintain appropriate boundaries.

• Cross-cultural skills, and experience with culturally diverse populations.

• Strong interpersonal skills, both individually and in a group

• Bilingual a plus
