Prospect Avenue High Rise is looking for a Full Time Maintenance Technician
What We Look For:
We are looking for motivated and courteous individuals who enjoy working with people and excel in a fast-paced environment.
Job Description:
- Complete maintenance requests as assigned
- Landscape maintenance
- Common area painting projects
- Snow removal
- Assist in maintaining building systems
Requirements:
- General plumbing experience required for this position.
- General Electric experience required for this position.
- General carpentry experience required for this position.
- Ability to effectively and professionally communicate with residents and co workers.
- Hours are generally Monday – Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, but must be
- able to fill in other shifts when necessary.
- Must have own reliable transportation for this position.
- Salary starting at $50,000 - $65,000 depending on experience.
