Behavioral Health Provider Integrated Services
Position Summary:
We are seeking a Behavioral Health Provider Integrated Services who can work with a range of individuals which may include children/adolescents, adults, geriatric.
Our ideal candidate for the Behavioral Health Provider Integrated Services position at Cortez Integrated Healthcare will be a Colorado licensed counselor or social worker or registered psychotherapist. Candidate should have a preliminary license to practice one of the following: clinical social work, marriage and family therapy, or professional counseling, in order to work with adolescents and/or adults. You will provide direct mental health clinical assessments and treatment to individuals with mental illness. You will work with talented colleagues in a clinical team environment to help individuals move toward recovery.
Education: Master's Degree in Human Services or related field required. Must have at least two years of clinical experience working in this particular field.
Experience: We're looking for a clinical professional with experience who has working knowledge of behavioral medicine and evidence-based treatment for medical and behavioral health conditions for patients in an integrated healthcare clinic. Manages patients along the behavioral health continuum of care including behavioral health outpatient services when indicated. Use crisis treatment approaches to provide crisis intervention and emergency evaluation services to the same patients.
