Salary: $67,000 + annual salary plus a competitive benefits package including paid family health coverage.

Job Summary: As a member of the AST department, the Instructional Systems Analyst will primarily focus on administration and support of CTS learning technologies, including but not limited to learning management systems, web conferencing, lecture capture, video as a service, and related applications. Primary responsibilities also include serving as liaison between CTS and NDUS institutions with emphasis on functional controls, and assisting in developing, maintaining, and improving communication between CTS and NDUS institutions through consulting, communication, plus functional and technical administration/support. This position will also help assist in coordinating opportunities for NDUS institutions to collaborate through monthly and quarterly meetings. Travel throughout North Dakota is required.

Minimum Qualifications: • BS Degree in IT, Education, Course Design, or related fields. • Minimum 2 years of work experience managing and providing technical support for a Learning Management System (LMS) and/or related educational technologies. • Demonstrated knowledge of academic, teaching and learning applications. • Demonstrated knowledge of the basic principles of online course design. • Experience working in higher education. • Knowledge and experience with web conferencing/collaborative technologies in Higher Education. • Demonstrated ability to develop training materials. • Demonstrated ability to conduct training classes. • Demonstrated experience supporting web-based and multimedia technologies. • Knowledge and experience working with online learning tools.

Preferred Work Experience in Addition to Formal Education/Training: • Master’s degree • Experience working as an LMS administrator, preferably with Blackboard Learn. • Knowledge and experience integrating enterprise technology solutions. • Experience with online teaching. • Experience with YuJa, VoiceThread, Respondus Lockdown Browser, Class Collaborate, Microsoft Office, and Qualtrics. • Experience working in the North Dakota University System.
