The successful candidate will be a self-starter that drives coordination and execution of top-level strategies to optimize the sales funnel, identify opportunities for growth and channel leads and UX improvements. The Sr. Manager, Growth Performance Optimization will facilitate the launch and project management of enterprise-wide rollouts of programs or systems. This is a highly cross-functional position that requires someone skilled at strategic thinking, test ideation and executing to hit aggressive marketing objectives and business results.
Base Salary Range: $80-$105k
Core Responsibilities:
- Develop hypothesis-driven test plans for consumer acquisition and engagement channels.
- Work with cross-functional teams (product, creative, UX) on execution of testing to garner key consumer insights to drive performance.
- Serve as key partner with EDM teams to address growth needs, KPI and performance metrics that leads to greater visibility and decision making.
- Partner with creative, product, and operations to manage creative campaign schedule and testing roadmap.
- Execute ongoing market research on best practice strategies and develop internal process of existing onsite strategies.
- Drive revenue growth through creative thinking, compelling data-driven insights, test-and-learn methodology, and rapid execution.
- Create solutions that allow for local marketing and enterprise marketing to coexist within the current structure.
Essential Functions:
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams across business units to develop solutions for driving subscription growth.
- Develops high-quality test plans that incorporate highly competitive, complex solutions to support subscription growth and sales optimization.
-- Communicates and presents materials that articulate test results to internal & external stakeholders as required.
- Leads initiatives to maximize sales effectiveness, utilization, and optimization efforts.
- Ensures KPIs and performance metrics are clearly articulated and circulated amongst growth teams and visible to leadership.
- Evaluates and recommends enhancements to processes and tools to track and/or analyze performance and regional/customer segmentation.
- Collaborates on forecasting and budgeting, utilizing metrics, tools, and qualifying data to drive greater insight.

The annualized base salary for this role will range between $68,400 and $161,000. Variable compensation is not reflected in these figures and based on the role, may be applicable. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, location, and union representation, if applicable.
