Our portfolio includes the largest high school sports recognition program in the country, USA TODAY High School Sports Awards, and other celebrated brands including the Official Community’s Choice Awards, American Influencer Awards, Rugged Maniac, Hot Chocolate 15k/5k, Blockbuster Bucket List sweepstakes, Amazing Teachers contest, and more. Our events are managed with our proprietary ticketing and registration platform, EnMotive.

·Develop and increase sales volume for the overall portfolio
·Prospect, qualify, close and grow NEW business
·Continue to learn and implement new strategies and products
·Be responsible for order entry, contracts, follow-up and collections
·Have a personality that exudes the incredible portfolio we have to help our partners, clients and potential clients experience success
·Play a role in the production of client's creative elements
·Be an advocate for our products and programs
·Be a person: treat coworkers, prospects and clients with a service-centric attitude
·Implement strategies to consistently grow revenue and exceed revenue goals
·Have the ability to hold meaningful conversations with decision makers
·Establish credible relationships within our business communities
·Have some level of Sales experience
·Prepare and deliver sales presentations to clients
·Have the acumen to close
·Demonstrate personal integrity to differentiate from the competition
·Know that that word "no" is an opportunity
·Be proficient with popular social media and digital platforms
·Make sound decisions without supervision
·Be proficiency in Microsoft Office, including: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, & Outlook
·Educate customers on the variety of solutions to most effectively promote their products and/or services
·Work with clients and our awesome operations team to develop advertising and promotional campaigns
·Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Employment requires a pre-employment criminal background check, Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record, strong oral and written communication skills. Candidate must be an overachiever that is a passionate team player, with the ability to collaborate and share data and sales artistry to develop presentations that make our clients proud to partner with us.
Previous Sales Experience is preferred.

The annualized base salary for this role will range between $38,700 and $93,150. Variable compensation is not reflected in these figures and based on the role, may be applicable.
Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, location, and union representation, if applicable.
