This role will oversee the management of our primary social platforms, including Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, Twitter and others. They will work with a small and mighty team to build trust with our existing audiences, and to grow those audiences, by creating content that reflects the tone of our brand and highlights our product expertise.
They will also serve in a key stakeholder management role, building support and buy-in from editorial staff, who play a key role both in participating on our social media channels and in creating the content that we are sharing. The ideal candidate should have experience creating content for social media and enjoy brainstorming new ways to grow audiences on all platforms, including taking advantage of current trends for short-form video. In addition, they should have experience with data analysis around social engagement, and working with the audience development director, be comfortable setting goals and defining and monitoring key growth metrics.
The candidate must have a creative spirit, be a strong collaborator, and enjoy living in the chaotic space required by social media. This role requires coming up with out-of-the-box ideas for the Reviewed lab to film and test, ensuring that we are staying on top of trends, and thinking of engaging ways to pair our expertise and ability to educate with the entertaining tone social requires.
This role will also require attendance on certain holidays or big sales, including but not limited to Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Amazon Prime Day, and CES.
