We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Generalist with 1 year of experience to join our team. As an HR Generalist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting various HR functions and initiatives within the organization. You will work closely with the HR team to ensure the smooth execution of HR processes and contribute to the overall success of our HR department.

Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Onboarding:

Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

Coordinate new hire onboarding activities, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientation sessions, and facilitating new employee integration.

Employee Relations:

Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and provide timely and effective resolution to employee issues.

Assist in conducting investigations and resolving employee relations matters in compliance with company policies and applicable laws.

HR Administration:

Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity in HRIS (Human Resources Information System).

Prepare HR-related documents, such as employment contracts, HR policies, and employee communications.

Benefits and Compensation:

Support benefits administration processes, including enrollment, changes, and terminations.

Assist in compensation analysis and benchmarking to ensure competitive pay practices.

Training and Development:

Coordinate employee training and development initiatives, including scheduling training sessions and tracking attendance.

Assist in identifying training needs and developing training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.

Compliance and Policy Adherence:

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Salary

$55000 - $63000 USD per year

Required Skills

Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR or related role.

Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Proficiency in MS Office suite and HRIS platforms.
