Dining Services Supervisor Ferrum College is seeking an outgoing, reliable, and responsible person to supervise the Dining Services and student employee staff in the daily operations and food production for the dining room. This position requires a professional attitude and the ability to promote and work in a team environment. Responsibilities include ensuring timely preparation and presentation of food items, ability to operate cash register, assist in training all employees on dining tasks and directives, ensuring excellent customer service. This is a full-time, 12-month position, working 40 hours per week. Weekend work and some overtime are required. Management experience is preferred. The ideal candidate must have basic math and computer skills, be familiar with Microsoft Office Software, be able to multi-task, and have excellent communication skills.
