Responsibilities:

  • Maintain customer specific digital content in an organized online management tool.
  • Upload finalized content for online images/infographics and manage customer specific content portals.
  • Coordinate video content needs for retail websites and manage the editing process.
  • Manage digital content through syndication portals, including coordinating photography, organizing training sessions, and creating reports.
  • Review and maintain product information in data vaults and manage Q & A platforms.
  • Ensure proper linkage of items to retailers and maintain item number convention, UPC codes, GTINs, and spec sheets.
  • Maintain internal sales information/promotion management databases and prepare reports on company sales performance for management.
  • Answer sales leads and forward them to the appropriate Sales Manager for follow-up.
  • Assist marketing with the preparation and dissemination of seasonal sales presentation materials.
  • Work with the sales team to complete product and pricing quotations and bid responses.
  • Coordinate the collection of customer analytics for customer preparations.
  • Monitor/interpret long-term weather forecasts and disseminate reports to management regarding potential impact on company operations and sales.
  • Prepare and distribute electronic news alerts to sales management and broker regarding key sales, marketing, or weather issues.
  • Develop and maintain sales procedures and forms. Suggest sales process improvements.
  • Pull reports from customer information portal and assist with product set up in customer portal.
  • Assist sales and marketing departments with other projects as required.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

  • BA/BS in Business, Economics, Business Statistics, Marketing or related field.
  • 3-5 years' experience in consumer product sales/marketing analysis, with a focus on digital content management.
  • Proven record of managing digital content platforms and syndication portals.
  • Experience in coordinating video content for retail websites and managing the editing process.
  • Familiarity with online retail content management and digital asset management tools.
  • Strong understanding of product information management and Q & A platform management.
  • Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams, particularly in sales and marketing departments, to achieve digital content objectives.
  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
  • Strong knowledge of statistics.
  • Must be analytical and creative.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Must be self-motivated and results-oriented with demonstrated ability to multi-task under short time guidelines.
