Program Therapist - Per Diem
Job Summary: Under direct supervision of the program Manager/Director and the general supervision of the Program Unit Chief, evaluates, diagnoses and treats a wide range of psychosocial problems, applying individual and group clinical skills in order to assist patients and their families in the resolution of personal and environmental problems, attributable to psychiatric issues which prevents them from achieving their highest level of psychosocial functioning.
Requirements:
- Master’s Degree or above.
- License preferred.
- Experience in a psychiatric setting is required. Training and experience in relation to the population served is necessary- particularly with specialty programs (ADP/Substance, WPP/DBT, YAP/ACT, IOP/ERP) or continuing education/in-services in that area will be required. Experienced in providing group and individual psychotherapy required.
