Phlebotomist
Job Description
Performs blood collection in a safe, accurate, and professional manner in high paced work areas. Responsible for accurate patient identification, specimen integrity, and sample labeling. Interacts with customers in a pleasant, efficient, and cooperative manner. Additional duties include receipt of samples in Laboratory Information System and processing of samples in Central Processing. May also assist in clerical duties of the department, training new employees, and teaching phlebotomy students.

Generally Evenings, Monday-Friday 12pm-8:30pm and every third weekend
Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent. Certification in phlebotomy training or successful completion of on-the-job training program or one year experience as a phlebotomist in CLIA regulated and accredited laboratory.
